Three Sweeties recognises that many people have sensitivities to some foods. We can work with you to ensure that the sweeties you order can be enjoyed by everyone coming to your event.
As with all allergens, the possibility of trace elements cannot be excluded.
We take great care in our food preparation so we can offer a range of cakes and cupcakes free of nuts, eggs, dairy products and gluten to satisfy people with food sensitivities. The range of flavours for allergen-free cakes and cupcakes is a little bit more limited than our standard cakes because we do our best to give you a product which tastes as close to our usual products as possible. We are continually improving and adding to our allergen-free range in response to our clients’ needs. We don’t claim to be experts on allergen-free baking, but we do our best to keep our clients safe and well fed, so any education you can provide us with is most welcome! If you have heard about (or tried) a recipe which you think is fabulous and can meet a specific dietary need, please feel free to share it!
The important bit:
Our kitchen is not completely allergen-free. Our standard cakes include fresh eggs, milk and other allergen products and these are baked and made in the same kitchen as our allergen-free products.
Sugar flowers and some other cake decorations are made using egg albumen or gluten, so if there are any limitations to the decorations you want, we’ll let you know.
There are peanuts, peanut products and other nuts on the premises.
While every effort is made to ensure that there is no cross-contamination, we regret that we can make no guarantees about the safety of our products for those with food allergies. Please feel free to get in touch to ask questions, come and visit the kitchen, and even provide your own ingredients for us to use for your order.
