A cake pop is a truffle made with cake and icing, coated with chocolate, decorated and served either as a bite-sized dessert or on a stick.
The design options with cake pops are endless and they are an alternative to traditional cupcakes, especially for kids! They also make a great addition to dessert buffet tables.
Join us in this hands-on class as we learn to make cake pops and decorate them in a number of different styles. We’ll demonstrate a few different options, then let you have freedom to create your own designs. Students will take home a dozen cake pops.
